Saint Rose of Lima Academy Religious Curriculum
Children at Saint Rose of Lima Academy are taught that they are all loved by God, therefore, they must love and respect each other. Saint Rose of Lima Academy received a "Best Practice Award" for its "Faith in Action program", which fosters students' spiritual growth through fundraising and community service.

Special prayer services are held during holidays, holy days and holy seasons:
- First Friday liturgy is celebrated as a group with students as altar servers, readers, petitioners and gift bearers. On holy days students attend mass as a school community.
- Thanksgiving provides opportunities for the students to demonstrate Christian action with prayer services, food drives, fundraising and community service.
- Advent wreaths in each classroom prepare us for the Birth of Christ.
- During Christmas and Lent, sessions for reconciliation are made available.
- During Lent, students in grades 1-8 participate in the Stations of the Cross.
- In May, special emphasis is given to honoring the Blessed Mother and to praying the Rosary.
