Information about the Academy’s Kindergarten through grade eight and the Pre-School/Pre-Kindergarten can be obtained by calling the school or visiting the school office. Information packets and enrollment packets can also be requested via email.

Admission
Parents seeking admission into our school are requested to call the office to arrange an appropriate time to register. Enrollment age requirements listed below must be adhered to:
- Pre-School - 3 years old by October 1st
- Young 3’s - 2 ½ by October 1st (must be toilet trained)
- Pre-Kindergarten - 4 years old by October 1st
- Kindergarten - 5 years old by October 1st
Tuition
Saint Rose of Lima Academy tuition is determined by the Pastor in consultation with the Parish Finance Council. This information is communicated to parents in January for the upcoming school year and is printed in the school calendar. Saint Rose of Lima Academy participates in the SMART Tuition Program for students in Kindergarten through grade 8. Pre-School and Pre-K tuition is paid directly to the parish office.

Registration
The registration periods are as follows:
- Pre-School, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten – late January
- Re-registration of current families – February
- Registration of new families begins - February
The following documents must be available when applying for Pre-School, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and transferring from another school:
- An original birth certificate
- A Baptismal certificate
- Certificates of any other sacraments the child may have received
- Mandated Immunization Records
- Non-refundable registration fee
- Previous two years of report cards (where applicable)
- Standardized test scores (where applicable)
